Do you charge by the hour?

No, with our flat rate pricing, we provide a written estimate based on the entire job to be performed and we will not perform any work until the client has approved the estimated price.

Do you give free estimates?
No, we charge a flat fee of $69 to send a technician to diagnose the problem and provide a written estimate to repair the issue. The $69 fee is credited to your invoice.

 

What are your hours of operation?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. until 5 P.M. In addition, we have a 24-hour answering service. If the call is for an emergency or urgent situation, we have technicians on call 24/7. All non-emergency calls are returned the following business day.

 

What are your after-hours and weekend rates?

$149 in addition to the invoice amount. If you have an annual USA Savings Agreement with us, this fee is reduced to $75.

 

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, company checks, personal checks and cash.

30-day billing is offered to approved commercial clients.

 

How do I know when the technician will arrive?

Before the technician is in route to your location, you will receive a call to confirm that you are available and we will give an estimated time of arrival, which is typically 30-45 minutes depending on the distance from his current location to your address.

 

Is your company insured?

Yes, Plumb Works carries liability, workman's compensation and insurance on all our vehicles.

 

Are your technicians employees or sub-contractors?

All Plumb Works technicians are full-time employees and have passed stringent background checks and drug tests. We do not hire sub-contractors.
